My tip is before you buy land or any type of property, make sure you investigate the area thoroughly and actually visit the property in person. Photos only go so far and to get a real feel for an area you need to go there! Besides, if you are looking at properties in Prescott and Mohave County the area is lovely so it’s a great excuse to have a holiday at the same time!
